Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to executives at managerial level and above from banking institutions officially operating in the North Borneo region who have passed the Honorary Board verification.
Member Obligations
Members must maintain the confidentiality of closed forum materials, pay annual dues on time, and comply with the professional code of ethics established by the Executive Board.
Member Portal Usage
Portal access is personal and non-transferable. Members are fully responsible for all activities occurring through their accounts.
Membership Cancellation
NBBEU reserves the right to cancel memberships that violate the code of ethics, without refund of dues already paid, following a review process by the Honorary Board.

Terms Changes
NBBEU may update these terms from time to time. Active members will be notified via official email before material changes take effect.
