Member data is used to verify membership eligibility, manage portal access, send publications and forum invitations, and compile anonymized aggregate industry reports.

NBBEU does not sell member data. Data may be shared with financial services authorities only when required by regulation, or with union technical service providers under confidentiality agreements.
4. Data Security
Customer and member data is stored with multi-layered cloud-based encryption, with access limited to authorized secretariat staff.
5. Member Rights
Members have the right to request copies, corrections, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the secretariat via the official NBBEU email address.
6. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active members via official email at least 14 days before taking effect.
